Making a quiet sleep area for your child

I always struggled to keep it quiet enough in my house when getting my children to sleep!! In this post I wrote about some techniques that worked for me and new ones I have discovered for keeping my children'sroom Quiet.

In my house there is something going 24/7 most of the time.
It is really hard to wake the sleeping bear, but if one does watch out.

I don't know I think we all grew up in a pretty active environment noise rarely bothers any of us.
Now light on the other hand we can do with out.

I know that when i was a baby my mom had to put me outside on the porch to get me to nap, she said I would be out there in the dead of winter sub zero and all. The only way I would sleep. Still love the out doors, too bad Las Vegas is way too warm, windy and dusty to even be outside.

Yes I am This Dessert thing is totally not me. I value the water more now after being here that is for sure. As far as sleeping I love to camp sleep under the stars even.

Wouldn't do it here too close to area 51 may get sucked up by an alien spacecraft or something. We have seen some odd things in the sky here.
