You can try is to contact as many of your competitors in your surrounding area and talk about joining forces to form a purchasing Co-Op. It may take a little to organize but you can gain some great purchasing power on certain items that you all have in common and save money.

Employee training, buying co-op, food cost software, inventory management software, restaurant Categories
Optimize what works, drop what doesn't
