Edmonton, Canada is going green with its garbage.

Garbage-to-biofuel plant launched in Edmonton

Ok, so it is suppose to be green but, from the comments after the story some people don't think it will have as big as an impact on greenhouse gas emissions as they would like you to think.

I am not a Bio Fuel expert so, I have no idea who's right. I do however see a bit of truth in what each side is saying. Using the public's garbage to make biofuel sounds great. They say the new plant will reduce greenhouse gas emissions equivalent to taking away from the roads 42,000 cars every year.

I just wonder how much emmissions will be put off trucking all the household garbage to the plant.

Ok, I will not try to astound you with my biofuel smarts (because I have none) but, I thought it was a cool "going green" article.
